Nicolle Lopez, BT

Nicolle joins the SEED Center as a Behavior Technician, bringing over four years of experience working with children across various settings. She is looking to pursue her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis. Nicolle is passionate about supporting children’s growth and development and is committed to expanding her skills as she works toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician. She is excited to further develop her expertise and make a meaningful impact through her work at The SEED Center.


Cordelia Papen, BA, BT

Cordelia joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She is a college graduate with over six years of experience working with children in various settings. She supported learning, strengthened communication, and encouraged social growth through creative, art-based activities while creating positive, engaging environments. Cordelia is committed to deepening her knowledge of ABA principles while continuing to provide thoughtful care, guidance, and meaningful support to the individuals in her care.


Hera Saboor, BT

Hera Saboor joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She is currently a student at the University of Connecticut majoring in Accounting. Hera has experience working with children through summer camps and volunteer opportunities, where she developed a passion for supporting and engaging with kids. She is excited to expand her knowledge in Applied Behavior Analysis and contribute to helping children grow and succeed. Hera looks forward to being part of The SEED Center team and making a positive impact.


Kayla Johnson, BT

Kayla joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She holds a degree in psychology, with a minor in law and policy, combining an understanding of human behavior with a commitment to helping others. Passionate about creating positive change, she aims to develop a deeper sense of compassion and understanding, especially towards vulnerable communities who are unable to advocate for themselves. She also looks forward to working closely with skilled professionals to guide her professional growth as she prepares for graduate studies. In her free time, she enjoys staying active.


Adzhani Moore, BT

Adzhani joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician and has over 10 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings, including babysitting, afterschool programs, and residential facilities. Known for strong communication skills, multitasking, and a patient, empathetic approach, Adzhani is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and positive environment for every child in their care. With a deep understanding of children’s unique needs, Adzhani is skilled at fostering trust, building positive relationships, and helping kids thrive in both structured and creative activities. Their passion for supporting children’s growth and well-being shines through in every role they take on.


Sarah Rodriguez Perez, BT

Sarah joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and brings experience working with youth in structured settings. Sarah is passionate about creating a supportive and engaging environment while continuing to grow her skills in the field.


Nicole Vargas, BT

Nicole Vargas joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in psychology while gaining hands-on experience working with children in both academic and supportive settings. Nicole has experience caring for and mentoring children through roles such as tutoring, babysitting, and assisting with structured activities. She is passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment where children feel safe, understood, and encouraged to grow. 


Ethan Torres, BT

Ethan joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. He has 4 years of experience working with children ages 8-17, and is working towards becoming a youth mental health counselor. Ethan also coaches Football, and hopes to become a leader for underprivileged children.


Ashley Clemons, BT

Ashley joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician with four years of experience in early childhood education. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and is currently pursuing an Associate’s degree in Child Development. Ashley is passionate about working with children and is dedicated to implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions while fostering a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment that promotes each child’s growth, confidence, and success.


Melissa Torres Gamez, BT

Melissa Torres Gamez joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She began her career as a babysitter for five years, gaining experience working with children from 4 months to 12 years old. Melissa has always had a passion for psychology, childcare, and supporting families. She is currently in the process of completing her Associate’s degree in Psychology at Norwalk Community College. Melissa is also bilingual and speaks Spanish. She is excited to join The SEED Center and looks forward to helping each child in any way she can.
