Rohan Thomas joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician to gain more experience working with children and grow more into his career. Rohan is currently attending CUNY Hunter as a Pre-Med/Psychology Major. He is a passionate worker who has completed two full years of volunteering for his District’s Pre-School Program and is eager to work in more social-emotional settings. He wants to learn more in this field to assist other children and their families, not just during childhood but also into adulthood.

Neha Asapanna joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She is currently studying at Virginia Tech. Neha has always enjoyed working with children and has gained experience through volunteering, mentoring, and serving as a teacher assistant for an elementary school. She has also worked with children of various ages, including supporting a child with autism and assisting children with diverse needs. Passionate about helping others learn and grow, Neha is excited to join The SEED Center team and looks forward to creating meaningful connections.

Haley Avila joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She has worked as a K-6 after-school program counselor for one year and has approximately three years of experience as a babysitter. She is passionate about supporting children’s growth, development, and well-being. Haley is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Connecticut, and she plans to later pursue a Master’s in Social Work. She looks forward to joining The SEED Center team and deepening her knowledge of ABA.

Brigitte McGuire joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician, bringing many years of experience working with children across various settings. She worked at multiple summer camps with children aged 3-13 over the last four years. She is currently a student at Union College pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Political Science. Brigitte is passionate about engaging and supporting children through their growth and development. She is excited to learn from working with skilled professionals in further developing her expertise and making a meaningful impact through her work at The SEED Center.

Decarol Andino joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician, bringing extensive experience in behavioral support and life skills coaching. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Monroe College and brings a detail-oriented approach to data collection and behavior intervention. With nearly seven years of experience as a Direct Support Professional, Decarol has empowered individuals to build independence and achieve their goals. She is known for her strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and unwavering dedication to improving the lives of those she serves. 

Spencer Theriot joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. He is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Charter Oak State College. Spencer brings a strong background in customer service and communication, where he has developed patience, adaptability, and a client-focused approach. He is passionate about helping children build essential skills while fostering a positive, supportive environment tailored to each child’s unique needs. Spencer is excited to join The SEED Center and looks forward to continuing to develop his skills while making a meaningful impact on the children and families he serves.

Nathaniel Smit joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. He earned his degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Services from Dean College. During his time in college, he completed an internship with Amego, Inc., where he supported individuals with developmental and behavioral needs while gaining hands-on experience in behavior analysis, communication, and client care. Nate is passionate about supporting others as they grow, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals. He looks forward to making a positive impact on the children and families at The SEED Center.

Emily joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She is currently pursuing her degree while working with children, a field she is truly passionate about. She feels incredibly fortunate to be able to do what she loves at such a young age. Working with the children she sees each day brings her immense joy, and she is grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact in their lives. Emily is dedicated to helping each child learn, grow, and reach their full potential.

Brianna joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She is currently working toward her Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Sciences at the University of Connecticut, which she will complete this December. Brianna has experience working with children from infancy through 5th grade and enjoys supporting their growth and development.

She is passionate about creating a positive, supportive environment where children feel understood, encouraged, and confident. Brianna cares deeply about helping each child succeed and strives to make a meaningful, lasting impact in their lives.

 Riana Richards joins The SEED Center as a Behavior Technician. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Mental Health from Southern Connecticut State University, as well as an Associate’s degree in Studio Art. Riana is passionate about supporting children in reaching their individual goals through patience, encouragement, and positive relationships. She values creating a safe and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and build confidence.
